A framework for developing social responsibility through a critical realist lens using Activity Theory

This research offers some insights into how educators can facilitate students' examination of their dispositions and qualities in relation to social responsibility.  It gives educators a framework proposed as a 'repository' to support student identity development and more socially aware citizens who can take their place in a transforming society.
